Money to be levied for the support
of Patsey Gardner
and others,
The necessary wearing apparel of an
insolvent debtor,
and his family, to be excepted from his property

ought to have been given by the inferior court,

The court appeals shall be composed of the
chief judges of the several judicial districts,
To have all the powers held by the late court
and the appellate jurisdiction of the late general court,
To sit on the western and eastern shores at
such times and places as to the legislature shall direct;
any three of the judges to form a quorum,
The judge who has given a decision in the
county court, to withdraw from the bench of the
court of appeals, on deciding the same case,
Appointment and tenure of the Clerks;
their fees,

of appeals for the western shore,
Oath or affirmation to be taken by
the judges before
they act as such, and recorded,
Form of commissions to the judges,
To be varied so as to designate the chief judge,
Causes in the former court of appeals,
or general
court, on appeal or writ of error, transferred to the
court of appeals then established for the respective
shores,
To stand as when transferred, and to be tried in
the same manner as in the former court, and executions
to issue,
Certain causes allowed to be continued one court
longer than they could have been in the former
court,
