the officers and soldiers, remaining in their possession,
or that of their heirs or devisees,
But the commissioners of the tax to cause all transfers
by them to be entered, and the land then to be
subject to the county taxes as other lands,
The register of the land office shall, at the time of
making the list directed by section 32, make a list of
all the lands disposed of in virtue of the act of November
1788, ch. 44, &c. not before returned and transmit
it to the commissioners for Allegany county,

A road to be laid out from Beall-street
