That
the act passed at December session eighteen hundred and sixteen†,
entitled, An act to repeal all that part of the constitution and form

BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That
the justices of the levy court of Montgomery county shall be and
they are hereby authorised and empowered, at their levy court, annually,
to assess and levy on the assessable property of said county,
the sum of forty dollars, for the support and maintenance of
the said Evan Price, and that the same be collected annually by
the collector of Montgomery county, and paid to the said Evan
Price, or his order. |
