such petitioner to renew his application, and in cases where either
of the said petitioners has made application, and the day of final
hearing has passed, it shall be necessary for said petitioner to give
at least three months previous notice according to law, of his intention
to renew his application for such benefit.

                                          CHAP. CLXX.
An Act for the relief of sundry poor Out Pensioners.  Lib. Th. No.

Levies authorised
for support of certain
persons.
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
levy court of Baltimore county be and they are hereby authorised, to
levy on the assessable property of said county, so long as they shall
see fit, thirty dollars annually, for the support of Shedrack Tipton,
and a like sum annually for the support of Benedict Foster; and
said court are required to levy a like sum annually for the support
of Martha Scantlin; and that the levy court of Saint-Mary's county 
be and they are hereby authorised to levy, on the assessable property
of Saint-Mary's county, so long as they shall see fit, thirty
dollars annually, for the support of Sarah Thompson, and a like
sum annually for the support of Catherine Joy, and a like sum annually
for the support of Charles C. Cullins, to be paid to his mother
Elizabeth McMullins, and a like sum annually for the support
of Susanna Highfield; and that the levy court of Frederick county
be and they are hereby authorised, to levy on the assessable property
of Frederick county, so long as they shall see fit, thirty dollars
annually, for the support of David Cahoon; and that the levy
court of Anne-Arundel county be and they are hereby authorised,
to levy on the assessable property of Anne-Arundel county, so long
as they shall see fit, thirty dollars annually, for the support of 
Rachel Deale; and that the levy court of Worcester county be and
they are hereby authorised, to levy on the assessable property of
Worcester county, so long as they shall see fit, thirty dollars annually
for the support of Ebenezer Truitt; and that the levy court
of Caroline county be and they are hereby authorised to levy on the
assessable property of Caroline county, so long as they shall see fit,
twenty-five dollars annually, for the support of Casson Fountain.
Sums to be collected.     2.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That the levy courts of the several
counties aforesaid, shall cause the said respective sums to be collected
in the manner other county charges are collected, and to be
paid to the persons herein named respectively, or to his or her order.
