                                    CHAP. LIV.
A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act to authorise the Levy Court
    of Baltimore County to assess and levy a sum of money for the purposes
    therein mentioned, passed at November session eighteen hundred
    and eleven*.

Additional levy
authorised.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the levy court of Baltimore county shall, and they are hereby authorised
and directed, to assess and levy on the assessable property
off said county, the sum of eight hundred dollars, in addition to the
sum of twelve hundred dollars, authorised to be assessed and levied
under the act to which this is a supplement, and the same, when
so assessed and levied, shall be applied under the provisions of the
said original act, to effect the object therein mentioned.

An Act to authorise a Lottery or Lotteries to raise a sum of money
    to make a Turnpike Road from Frederick-Town, to Harper's-Ferry,
    and for other purposes.

                                    CHAP. LX.
An Act for the benefit of John Allen, of Cecil County.  Lib. TH. No.
                                      3, fol. 391.
Preamble.     WHEREAS it is represented to this general assembly, by the petition
of John Allen of Cecil county, that he has built, at a very
considerable expense, a wharf, adjoining to his lot number twenty-seven,
in Frederick-town, and extending into the Sassafras river;
and it appearing equitable and right that the said Allen should have
and enjoy the exclusive right to said wharf; therefore,
His right to wharf
confirmed.
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said John Allen shall have, use, occupy, possess and enjoy, the
exclusive right of, and property in the said wharf, free from the
hinderance or molestation of any person whatever, any law,
usage or custom, to the contrary in anywise notwithstanding.

                                    CHAP. LXI.
An Act for the support of Henry Leeke, of Montgomery County.

Levy authorised 
for his support.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the justices of the levy court of Montgomery county shall be, and
they are hereby empowered, at their levy court annually, so long
as they shall see cause to assess and levy on the assessable property
of said county, a sum of money not exceeding forty dollars,
for the support and maintenance of the said Henry Leeke, and that
the same be collected annually by the collector of Montgomery
county, and by him paid to the said Henry Leeke, or his order.
