                LEVIN WINDER, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

Steuart, that in the year eighteen hundred and four, the said partnership
was dissolved by mutual consent, that the said dissolution
was a matter of notoriety among the creditors of the said Steuart
and Beall, but the said Steuart having neglected to insert the notice
being desirous of availing himself of an opportunity to employ himself
more beneficially, removed to Prince-George's county; and
praying relief in the premises, therefore,

NOV. 1812.

CHAP. 15.

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Prince-George's county court is hereby authorised and directed to
extend and afford to the said Aquila Beall, the full benefit of the
act of assembly, passed at November session eighteen hundred and
five*, entitled, An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors,
and the several supplements thereto, without requiring the said
Aquila Beall to produce the assent of two thirds of his creditors in
amount.

An Act for the relief of John Tobin, of the City of Baltimore.  Lib.

    WHEREAS it is represented to this general assembly by the petition
of John Tobin, of the city of Baltimore, an insolvent debtor,
that in consequence of allegations filed against him, he has been
imprisoned for nineteen months, and praying that he may be
liberated; therefore,
Preamble.
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the the judges of Baltimore county court are hereby authorised and
empowered to extend to the said John Tobin, the benefit of a personal
release, in virtue of the act for the relief of sundry insolvent
debtors, passed at November session eighteen hundred and five †,
and the several supplements thereto, any allegations against him to
the contrary notwithstanding.

                                            CHAP. XVIII.
A Supplement to an Act, entitled, An act to authorised the Levy Court
    of Baltimore County to assess and levy on the assessable property of
    said County, a sum of money to build a Bridge over the Great Falls

    and eleven

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Benjamin Buck and Joseph Ford, be and they are hereby appointed
commissioners in the room of Annanias Diviss and Jeremiah
Ford, who were appointed commissioners by the act to which this
is a supplement, and who are since dead, and that the said Benjamin
Buck and Joseph Ford, act in conjunction with the other commissioners
named in the said act, in carrying into effect the provisions
of the said act.
Other commissioners

    2.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That John B. Howard, be and he is
hereby appointed a commissioner to act in conjunction with the
commissioners appointed by the original act, and of this supplement,
in carrying into effect the provisions of the said original act.
