A Further Supplement to the act*, entitled, An act relating to the
    public Roads in the several Counties therein mentioned.

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
all and so much of the eleventh section of the original act to which
this is a further additional supplement, as makes it the duty of the
overseers of the roads to pay the amount of all fines and forfeitures
received by them, to the justices of the levy court, so far as the
said section relates to, and operates upon the inhabitants of Dorchester
county, be and are hereby repealed, any law to the contrary
notwithstanding.

    2.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That it shall be the duty of the said
overseers to apply all the money received by them in virtue of the
original act to which this is a further additional supplement, in
clearing, amending, improving and repairing, the several and respective
roads aforesaid.

    3.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said overseers shall once every
year render an account of all fines and forfeitures received by them
in virtue of the original act to which this is a further additional
supplement, stating the full amount received, and how applied in
amending and repairing the several and respective roads aforesaid,
to the justices of the levy court, upon oath or affirmation.

                                    CHAP. CXXXII.
A Further Supplement to the act , entitled, An Act authorising the
    drawing of a Lottery for the benefit of the College of Medicine of
    Maryland.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
regents of the college of Medicine of Maryland, may appoint
such number of commissioners or managers, not less than seven, as
they may think proper, in lieu of the commissioners named in the
act to which this is a supplement, who shall perform the duties required
by the commissioners so to be appointed, before they proceed to act,
shall execute a bond to the state of Maryland, in the penal sum of
fifty thousand dollars, conditioned that they will, at the expiration
of sixty days after the drawing of the said lottery shall be completed,
pay to the lawful holders of tickets drawn prizes, the amount
of the prizes to which they shall respectively be entitled, if demanded
within twelve months after the drawing shall be completed,
and the balance of all money which they shall receive from the sale
of tickets, after deducting all expenses which they shall incur, to
the regents of the college of Medicine of Maryland.

    WHEREAS sundry persons of the city and precincts of Baltimore
have represented to this general assembly, that the beauty and convenience
of the said city and precincts require the opening and extending
of Saint Paul's-street, which is situated partly in the city
and partly in the precincts, and have accordingly petitioned for the
same; therefore,
