    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
period of time allowed to the stockholders of the Baltimore and
Reister's-town turnpike company, for agreeing to the extension of
the road mentioned in the act passed at November session eighteen
hundred and eight ‡, entitled, A further additional supplement to
an act, entitled, An act to incorporate companies to make several
turnpike roads through Baltimore county, and for other purposes,
be and the same is hereby extended for the term of three years
after the expiration of the period aforesaid, which is prescribed in
the said act.

An Act to authorise and empower the Levy Court of Prince-George's
    County to assess a sum of money for the purpose therein mentioned.

Preamble.         WHEREAS Dorcas Macbee, of Prince-George's county, by her
petition to this general assembly, hath set forth she is very poor,
and from the numerous infirmities attendant on old age, is rendered
totally incapable of procuring a support by labour, and praying a
law may pass authorising the levy court of Prince-George's county
to assess and levy a sum of money for her support; therefore,
Levy authorised 
for support of
Dorcas Macbee.
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the justices of the levy court of Prince-George's county be, and
they are hereby authorised and directed, to assess and levy on the
assessable property of said county, a sum of money not exceeding
thirty dollars, for the support and maintenance of the said Dorcas
Macbee; and that the same be collected and paid annually to the
aforesaid Dorcas Macbee, or her order, by the collector of said
county, agreeably to the order of the levy court aforesaid.
