                                        CHAP. LXXXVII.
An Act to revive and continue the Acts of Assembly therein mentioned.

CHAP. 87.

Passed Dec. 19.

   1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That an act, entitled, An act to make a temporary allowance to the 
judges of the general court, in addition to their permanent salaries,
passed at November session, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-seven
(a), shall be and the same is hereby continued until the
30th day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of
the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an
act, entitled, A supplement to the act respecting certificates of surveys
made on the eastern shore, passed at November session, seventeen
hundred and ninety-seven (b), shall be and is hereby continued
until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and one,
and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall happen
thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act to alter the mode of collecting
the county tax in Cecil county, passed November session,
seventeen hundred and ninety-seven (c), be and the same is hereby
continued until the thirtieth day of October eighteen hundred and
five, and to the end of the next session of assembly that shall happen
thereafter; that an act entitled, An act to ascertain the allowance
to jurymen and witnesses of the general court, and the several
county and orphans courts in this state, passed at November
session, seventeen hundred and ninety-seven (d), shall be and is
hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred
and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which
shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act to enable the
corporation of the city of Annapolis to lay a tax on property within
the said city and the precincts thereof, passed at November session,
seventeen hundred and ninety-seven (e), shall be and is hereby
continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred
and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which shall
happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act relating to the records
in the register of wills and clerk's offices in Queen-Anne's
county, passed at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-seven
(f), shall be and the same is hereby continued until the thirtieth 
day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of 
the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an
act, entitled, A supplement to an act, entitled, An act to ascertain
the allowance of jurymen and witnesses of the general, and the several
county and orphans courts in this state, passed at November
session, seventeen hundred and ninety-eight (g), shall be and is
hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred
and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which
shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, A supplement to the
act, entitled, An act for establishing and securing the salary of the
chancellor, passed November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-eight
(h), shall be and is hereby continued until the thirtieth day
October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of the next session
of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled,
An act to encourage the destruction of wolves and crows in
the several counties therein mentioned, passed at November session
seventeen hundred and ninety-seven (i), shall be and is hereby revived
and continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen
