Septembr Court 8th 1686. that the same was a just and true accot and that he never recd any
Satisfaction for the same. Test. John: Washbourne. Clk Cur Comt Accom. - - - - - -

The whole proceedings being read and viewed, being Solely left to the judgmt of this Court
(who having perused the papers) doe unamously conclude that Arthur Robbins never signed
that paper bearing date the 20th. of ffebry 1681, and given under his hand the 4th day of 7ber
1690. - therefore the Court not taking it to be the handwriting of sd Robins. doe Order
a Non Suit agt the plt. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

James: Barry Plt Somerset County Ssc. Maryland. John:Rowell of this County was attached to answer unto
agt James: Barry in an action of the Case. whereupon the aforesd James Barry by his Attorney
John:Rowell.Deft Edward: Jones saith that the said John:Rowell in the year 1687. and in 88. and the year
