William: Millard hath tended twenty six dayes in a Controversie Between mr James Preen plt
and
Robert. Houlston deft. on the part of the deft. Craves an Order for the same Wm: Millard
Sworn before me in Court. John: King. Ordr. given to mr. Perrie.

William: Millard hath tended five dayes in a Controversie between Robert: Houlston plt and mr Preen
deft on the part of the plt. humbly craves an Order for the same. Wm: Millard
Sworn before me in Court John: King Ordr given to mr.Perrie June ye 23th

Henry Scolfield hath tended twelve dayes in a Controversie between Jacob: Preen plt and Robert

Whereas in August Court Last, there was a Controversie between Joseph: Venables & Wm: Jenckins
and there being then damages due to sd Venables, which damages both parties referred to the
worll. Court to assess., and this day the Court has Ordered the sd Jenckins to pay to the said
Venables twelve hundred pounds of tobacco damages. Vid: B:W. fo. 160: lot procds. ------

John: Rowell: plt Upon Return of Scieri. fac. agt. the deft. the deft being calld and no Cause shewn
agt Order is granted for Execution agt sd Ellis. for 1200lb tobacco. being the four fold of
