In the full and just Sum of nine hundred and Sixty pounds of tobacco as doth and may appear by accot. here in
Court produced which said Sum is become due by fees. And the deft fraudulently and Craftily intending to
deceive
the plt of the same, doth deny payment though often thereunto required to the plts great losse & damage to

the value of nine hundred pounds of tobacco, and hereupon brings this Suite. &c.
