Know all men by these presents that we John: Rousilla. & Teague: Quillane both of the County of Somerset
in the Province a foresd, do acknowledge and confess our selves to be firmly and justly indebted unto mrr Wm
Brereton. high Sheriffe of the County aforesd, In the full and just Sum of Sixteen hundred pounds of good
sound Merchantable tobacco and Caske, due to be pd unto the aforesd Wm: Brereton, his Heirs, Execcutors or
Lawfull Attorney to the which payment well and truly to be made and paid, we the above bounden do bind us &
either of our Heirs or Execcutors. in the whole and for the whole, joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents
as
Wittness our hands and seals this 6 thday of December. 1689. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The Condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bounden John:Rousillo doth make his appearance
before the Justices of our next County Court to be holden the Second tuesday in January next and there to
answer unto Edmund: Beauchamp, in a plea of Trespass on the Case. Then this Obligation to be void
