To the worll. Comrs of Somerset County in Court Sitting the humble Petion of Tho. Wood humbly sheweth.
That the Estate of the abovesd Brittane is indebted to the sd Wood in the abovesd Sum of One thousand
nine

hundred and fifty three pounds of tobacco as appears by the above amt for which yr Petione humbly prayes
and Order, agt the sd Estate now in Posession of Thomas: Tull and your Petioner as in duty shall pray &c.
The abovesd accompt was proved in Open Court by the Oath of Thomas Wood. B The Court
grants Order agt the Admr. Tho:Tull for the above inserted accot of: 1953 ===Pounds of
tobacco

Capt. Wm: Coulborne with an accompt due to your Petitioner Craves your worps would be pleased to admitt him
to make Oath to his accompt, and your Petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
