994 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 20,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session, in the year 1868, chapter 334, approved
March 30th, 1868, entitled an Act supplementary and amen-
datory of an Act passed at the present Session of the Legis-
lature of Maryland, and entitled an Act to amend the char-
ter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company,
passed at January Session, 1849, chapter 469.
The question being upon sustaining the motion,
Mr. Feig moved, as an amendment, to substitute the bill
known as the Sunday Law, therefor.
The question being upon concurring in the motion sub-
mitted by Mr. Feig,
Mr. Stone demanded the previous question.
The question then being,
