Bank of Baltimore,
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 42, of Article
LI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices of
the Peace," and to re-enact the same as amended.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to protect Pish in the waters of the
Nanticoke River, from non-residents,
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to release Stephen J. Bradley,
Samuel Phillips and D. Washington Finley, administra-
tor of Lemuel Roberts, securities on the Bond of Noah 0,
Merchant, late Collector of State and County taxes, in the
First Election District of Queen Anne's county, for the years
1867 and 1868, from the payment of interest on their pay-
ment of balance of principal due on the State bond of said
Merchant, into the Treasury of the State, by the 15th day of
December, 1872,
