The hill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of an Act
passed by the General Assembly of Maryland 1 at its January
Session. 1870, chapter 99, entitled an Act to lay off streets
in Baltimore County, adjoining Baltimore City, and to re-
peal certain acts inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact the
same with amendments,
Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
County delegation.
Also,
The bill, entitled an act to provide for the introduction of
-a supply of water in the town of Hagerstown by means of
water works, appointing a Water Board lor that purpose,
and authorizing the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to
provide for the construction of said works,
Which was read a first time and referred to the Washing-
ton County delegation.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of
a Treasurer of Anne Arundel County, and to amend and re-
-enact sections 82, 83, 84 and 195, of Article II., of the Code
of Public Local Laws for said county,
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Anne
Arundel delegation.

The bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act, passed at the
January Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1870,
chapter 114, entitled an Act to incorporate Towsontown, in
Baltimore "County,
Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
County delegation.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to regulate and prescribe the
manner of holding post mortem examinations and analyzing
the stomach, bowels, or contents thereof, and other portions
of the human body, whenever any person or persons is or are
suspected to have died from poison administered by any per-
son lor the purpose of causing death, or for procuring any
poison to be taken by any person for the purpose of causing
the death of any person,
