Mr. Riley, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favorably, A bill entitled an Act to provide for the measurement and counting of lumber in Havre-de-Grace, in Harford county, and Port Deposit, in Cecil county. Which was read a first time. Also, favorably, A bill entitled an Act for the relief of Mrs. Mary Jones, of Harford county. Which was read a first time. Mr. Scott, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa- vorably, A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis- sioners of Prince George's county to correct the assessment of certain real estate in said county, and to refund taxes thereon paid in error.
