Also, favorably, The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 47, Arti- cle XVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, title * 'Clerks. of Courts," so far as the same applies to Talbot county, and. to re-enact the same with amendments. Which was read a second time. Also, favorably, The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with an amendment, section 44 of Article XXIV, of the Code' of Public General Laws, title "Conveyancing." Which was read a second time. Also, to whom was referred The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact sec- tion 3 of Article V. of the Code of Public General Lawg, title "Appeals," Reported the same with proposed amendment. AMENDMENT PROPOSED. In section 3, line 2, strike oat the words ^'or Equity." Which was adopted. Said bill as amended, was then read a second time. Also, reported unfavorably, A bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public Gene- ral Laws, Article XXIV., section 46, relating to Convey- ancing. The report was adopted. Also, unfavorably, A bill entitled an Act to amend Article LVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Lunatics and Insane," by adding thereto the following sections prescribing what dispo- sition shall be made of persons charged with crime, acquitted on the ground of insanity. The report was adopted. Also, reported unfavorably, The Senate bill entitled \ an Act to amend and re-enact section 21, of Article V. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Appeals." |
