The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 273, 274, 275,
276, 277, 278 and 279, of Article IV. of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ''City of Baltimore," sub-title "Harbors,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Reported the game favorably.
Mr. Griswold, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to legalize the bequest of Andrew
Steinleur, to the Saint Peter's -and Saint Paul's Catholic
Church of Cumberland.
Which was read. a first time.
Also, favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 3, of Article XOV.
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Usury," and to
re-enact the same to read as follows.
Which was read a first time.
Also, favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to add two additional sections to
Article XXX., of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," to be numbered 210 and 211.

- Isaac Sterling, late of Somerset county, deceased, in favor of

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to appoint
an additional Justice of the Peace for the Second Election
District, and also an additional Justice of the Peace for
the Ninth District in Frederick county.
