Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen- sions. Mr. Litzinger presented the petition of John J. Yellott and forty other citizens of Baltimore county, against any modification of the present Sunday law. Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on that subject. Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, presented the petition of Ferdinand Rever and five hundred and twenty osiers, against the modification of the Sunday Law. Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on that subject. Mr. McColgan presented the petition of W. W. Maughlin -and others, against the taxation of mortgages.
