The vote by which the aforesaid bill bad been rejected,
Was reconsidered,
The bill then being upon its passage,
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
The farther consideration thereof was informally post-
poned.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 46, of Article
LXXXI, of the Cede of Public General Laws, title "Rev-
enue and Taxes," as amended by the Act of January Ses-
sion, 1864, chapter 199, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
A third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Lon-
don Paris Cemetery Company of Baltimore County, so us to
enable it, to acquire land in Baltimore county, in addition to
the quantity which it may now hold,
Was read a second time, and ordered -to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the CarroIIton Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore,
Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Feig,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill ordered to be printed.
The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Enterprise Ave-nue Company, of Baltimore county,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed, for '
& third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at the
January Session, 1868, chapter 431, incorporating the Fred-
erick and Williamsport Railroad Company,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
A third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to make vilid the erection of a
own hall, &c., over the market house, in the town of
Easton, by the Easton Town Hall Company, and to author-
ise the Commissioners of said town to lease the same to said
Company,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third, reading. \
