1872 OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 901
The House proceeded to the consideration of,
The bill, entitled an Act to provide for the collection of
arrearages of State taxes due on the shares of capital stock of
National Banks and Banking Associations, located in this.
State, and doing business therein,
Said bill being upon a third reading,
When,
Oa motion of Mr, Stone,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and,
Said bill made the special order of the day for Tuesday
next, the 19th instant.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to tax the gross receipts of Rail-
road Companies in this State for State's purposes,
Said bill being upon a second reading,
When,
On motion of Mr. Stone,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and,
Said bill made the special order of the day for Tuesday
next, the 19th instant.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections' 1, 2, 5, 6, &
and 11, of Article ———, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Small-Pox," and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and. to repeal section 10 of said Article.
Said bill being upon a second reading,
When,
On motion of Mr. Stone,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and,
Said bill made the special order of the day for Tuesday
next, the 19th instant.
The hour of 3 o'clock, P. M., having arrived,
The House took a recess until 8 o'clock, this P. M.
