Said bill was then sent to the Senate
The bill, entitled an Act to add the following sections to
Article XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
Prince George's County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables," extending the jurisdiction of Justices of
the Peace in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties, to
grand and petit larcenies, to come in after section 70 of said
Article.
Was read a third time and rejected for want of a Con-
stitutional majority, by yeas and nays as follows:
