chapter 364 of Acts passed January Session, 1870, title
"Oysters," and to re-enact the following in lieu thereof,
changing the style of the Oyster Police Board, and making
the Commissioner of the Land Office one of said Board.
On motion of Mr. Griswold,
The vote by which the House, on the 12th instant, refused.
to refer said bill to the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay and
its Tributaries,
Was reconsidered, when,
On motion of Mr. Griswold,
Said bill was referred to the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries.
