The question then recurring upon the passage of the bill, Mr. L. A. J. Lamotte, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the following amendments. AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. Amend by inserting after the words " twenty-one," in line 3, section 1, the following : " Entitled an Act to repeal Article twenty-six of the Code of Public General Laws, and to enact a substitute therefor, and to repeal section 22 of Article XVI., section 99 to 103 of the same, Article and sections 33 to 43 of Article LXXXVIII, of the Code of Public General Laws."
