Circuit Court for Allegany county, to grant a bill of review
in the case of Henry J. McNamar vs. his creditors,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-sioners of Carroll county to adjust and settle the accounts of
Stephen B. Gore, deceased, late Collector of county taxes of
Carroll county,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Boonsboro'
Bank, in Boonsboro', Washington county,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to regulate the trial fees of the
State's Attorney, for Wicomico county,
Wat read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 45, of Article
XXVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Coun-
ty Commissioners," sub-title "Private Roads," and to enact
the following in lieu thereof,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 92, of the Acts
of 1868, chapter 471, relating to "Corporations," and to
re-enact the same with amendments,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
On motion of Mr. Griswold,
The House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 13, of Article
LI., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices of
the Peace, sub-title Civil Jurisdiction," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
Said bill being upon a second reading,
Mr. Griswold moved that the farther consideration thereof
be postponed, and said bill be referred to the Committee on
the Judiciary.
Decided in the negative.
