Drum Point Railroad Company, by increasing the number of
Directors of said Company.
Which mere severally read and adopted.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PBOPOSED.
Add at end of the Senate amendments, "and 'provided
further, that any bridge or bridges that may be used by the
said Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, as a
crossing over the Patapsco River, .between Anne Arundel
county and Baltimore City, shall be constructed and main-
tained by said Company, so as to afford free, safe and conve-
nient accommodations for general travel over the same.
Which was adopted.
The bill, as .amended, was then passed passed by yeas and
nays, as follows. . -
