So -the order was adopted.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 47, 48 and 50,
of Article XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's county," under head of Collectors, enacted
by the Act of 1868, chapter 330, and sections 44, 45, 49, 55,
and 66, of said Article XVI., under same head, enacted by
the Act of 1870, chapter 216, and to repeal sections 37, 49,
50, 56 and 57, of Article LXXXL, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," in so far as the
same may relate to Prince George's county, and to re-enact
the following as sections 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 55 and 56, of
Article XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County,'" under the head of Collectors in their
stead,
Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Scott,
The further consideration was postponed, and
The bill made the order of the day for to-morrow, 12th
inst,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 441, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at January
Session, 1870, which was an Act to repeal and re-enact with-
amendments Article XXXVIII,, section 1; of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Fees of Officers," and to re-
enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Streett,
The further consideration thereof was indefinitely post-
