So the motion to lay the order on the table was decided in the negative. The question then recurring upon the adoption of the order, Mr. Colton, of Baltimore City, demanded the previous question. The question then being: " Shall the main questions be now put?" It waa decided in the affirmative. The question then recurring upon the adoption of the order, Mr. Smith demanded the yeas and nays, The demand being sustained, the yeas and nays were call- ed, and appeared as follows :
