174, of Article XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Sheriffs," and tore-
enact sections 171, 172 and 173, of said Article, with amend-
ments.

Mr. Spencer, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to allow the Trustees of the Mary-
land Institution for the Instruction of the Blind, to locate
the bed of North, street to extend into Baltimore county from
North. Avenue to Denmead street. ,

Mr. Parker, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled. an Act regulating fence* in Atkinson's,
Election District, in Worcester county.

A bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Baltimore county to review and cor-
rect the valuation of the lands in laid county, assessed, to
Rezin H. Worthington, Senr., and Noah 'Worthington, of
Thos;,

XXVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County
Commissioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments

Gentlemen, of the Senate:
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return
the Senate bill, entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of
licenses for the sale of spirituous liquors at or near Emery
Grove Camp-Meeting Association Grounds, which "kill receiv-
ed the unfavorable consideration of this Body.
