Mr. Streett, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county, in their discretion, to divide the
election districts in said county into election precincts, and
designate the places of holding elections herein.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Smith, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 273, 274, 275,
276, 278 and 279, of Article IV., of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, title, "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Harbors,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments'.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Scott, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act. to repeal an Act entitled an Act to
provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the public
roads of Prince George's county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments and additional sections.

A bill, entilled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article XVI,,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's
County," sub-title '-Almshouse," and section 55 of said Ar-
ticle, title "Prince George's County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," and to re-enact said section 2, of said Ar-
ticle, so as to read as follow.

'XVI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
