1872.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.; TOT
Mr. Groome present the petition of W. O. Rombo, and
thirty-two other citizens, residents of Elkton, for a change in
the charter of said town.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Corporations.
Mr. Staylor presented the following order :
Ordered, That when this House adjourns to-day, it stand,
adjourned until Monday next, at 11 o'clock, A. M.
Which was read.
The question recurring upon the adoption of the order,
Mr. Groome demanded the yeas and nays.
