Leave was granted: to Messrs. McCosker, T, H. Hamilton
Harig, Cooper and Stay lor, to introduce a bill, entitled an Act
in relation to the inspection of Steam Boilers in the City of
Baltimore.
On motion of Mr. Penington,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries, to introduce a bill repealing Article
98 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Wild,
Fowl," and to-re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Franklin,
Leave was granted to the Worcester and Somerset delega-
tions to introduce a bill, entitled an Act to complete the Wor-
cester and Somerset Railroad.
On motion of Mr. Foard, of Baltimore county,
Leave wag granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
report a bill to amend charter of the Western Avenue Com-
pany.
On motion of Mr. Banks,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to-
report a bill amending the Act, providing for the collection
of taxes in Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Penington
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill, repealing chapter
296, of the Acts of 1870, codified as section 44 of Article 71,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Oysters."
On motion of Mr. L. A. J. Lamotte,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill, to repeal the 59th section of the Act of 1868
chapter 471, relating to corporations and re-enact the same
with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Groome,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to-
introduce a bill, to add an additional section or sections to
Article 28, of the Cole of Public General Laws, entitled
"Costs," to come in after section 10.
On motion of Mr. Litzinger,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill, to amend the charter of the Manor Mining and.
Manufacturing Company.
