The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller of the Treasury to pay Asbury McNamara a certain amount of money from the Oyster Fund for damages and loss sustained while under arrest by the Oyster Police Force. The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections one aid four of an Act to amend the Charter of the Green Spring Avenue Company, passed January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to re-enact the same, with amendments, so as-to read as follows, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a. third reading., The bill, entitled an Act .to pay Henry O. Connell a sum of money, for use of his warehouse as an armory, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com- missioners for Frederick County to subscribe to the capital stock of the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Company, the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike Road Company, the Frederick and Buckeystown Turnpike Road Company, in Frederick county, and such other turnpike road companies whose roads have heretofore been constructed or are now in process of construction in said county, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. |
