word -'March," and insert in lieu thereof the word "April."

Section 6, line 2, after the name of "Benjamin A. Gal-
linger," Insert the name of Jacob A. Miller.
Which was read.
Mr. Whitson submitted the following amendment to the
amendment submitted by Mr. Young:
Section 6, strike out the names of "Josiah T. Smith., Geo.
W. Harris, Daniel H. Wiles, Benjamin A. Gallinger, John
Heyser and Jacob A. Miller," and insert the "County Com-
missioners."
Which was rejected.
