The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills,
Severally endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."
A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 161, of Article
XXI, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Hancock," and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add additional sections thereto.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Wash-
ington delegation.
