So the House, at 2 3/4 o'clock, P. ., adjourned. MONDAY, February 19, 1872. The House met and was opened with prayer by the Rev.. Doctor Lightner, Present at the call of the roll the following members : Messrs. Gorman, Speaker, Colton, of St. M.'s, Dunbar, Hurtt, Wells, Duvall, Bond, Chapman, Stone, Shipley, Turner, Foard, of B. co., Litzinger, Spencer, Butler, Golds- borough, Waller, Vickers, Mearns, Eareckson, Franklin, Parker, Rowe, Baldwin, Streett, Deweese, Hamilton, C. R., Jamart, Foster, Stewart, Travers, dark, of Balto. City, Col-ton, of Balto, City, Kirk, Chaisty, Harig, Feig, Markland, Griswold, Young, of Wash., Whitson, dark, of Mont., Porter, Coles, young, of Alle., Robinette, Steele, Polk, Linthicum, Johnson—50. The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills, Severally endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays." A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 161, of Article XXI, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Hancock," and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add additional sections thereto. Which was read a first time, and referred to the Wash- ington delegation. |
