An Act granting the assent, of the General Assembly of
Maryland to a bequest made in the last will and testament
of Elijah Bishop, late of Harford county, deceased, to Wm.
]?\ Brand, as trustee, directing him to expend part of said
bequest in the completion or adornment of St. Mary's Church,
(Protestant Episcopal,) in Harford county.
Also,
An Act to repeal section 215, Article IV., of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Elections," and enact the following in lieu thereof.
Also,
An Act to authorize the proprietors of Green mount Ceme-
tery to increase the permanent fund for the maintenance
thereof.
Also,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Dorchester county, to reassess the real estate of
Vachel Keene, lying inDrawbridge district, in said county.
Also,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 189, passed at the
January Session, 1870, relating to Queen Anne's, Dorches-
ter and Somerset counties, and for reimbursing owners of
sheep killed by dogs, commonly known as the dog law.

Mr. Bowie moved that the House do now adjourn.
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion,
