On motion of Mr. Smith, Leave was granted to the Dorchester delegation to intro- duce bill to authorise the County Commissioners of Dorchester county to build a bridge over Fishing Creek, at . point known as Fishing Creek Ferry, in said county. On motion of Mr. Bond, Leave was granted to the 'Committee on the Chesapeake-Bay and its Tributaries to report a bill, to amend section 83, of Article LXXI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters," as amended and re-enacted by the Act of 1870, chapter 364, which provides for the appointment of the Com- missioners of the State Police Force, so as to constitute the Governor, Comptroller and Treasurer of the State the Board. police Commission ors. . On motion of Mr. Shipley, Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to' introduce a bill, to repeal the Act of 1870, prohibiting stock from running at large within two miles of, Pikesville, in, Baltimore county. On motion of Mr. Butler, Leave was granted to Messrs. Butler, Goldsborough and Riggs to introduce a bill, to repeal section 93, of Article XX. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Justices of the Peace and Constables for Talbot County," and to re- enact a substitute therefor. On motion of Mr. Newcomer, Leave way granted to the Washington county delegation. to introduce a bill, to incorporate the town of Keedysville, Washington county.
