Mr. dark, of Montgomery, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act amen-datory of an Act passed at?
December Session, 1849, chapter 358, entitled an Act incor-
porating the Union Plank or Turnpike Road Company in
Montgomery county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Radcliffe, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported;
favorably,
A bill, entiled an Act to add additional sections to Article
. X., of Public Local Laws. entitled "Dorchester County,"'
sub-title "Riparian Rights for the protection of Riparian-
Proprietors in Dorchester County."
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Bond, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Calvert county to re-district or increase the number-if election precincts in said county.
