Which was read a second time. Mr. Litzinger, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favorably, A bill. entitled an Act to regulate the sales of property sold for taxes and assessments, and to add additional sections to Article LXXXIV. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Sales and Notices." Which was read a first time, and, On motion of Mr. Litzinger, .Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Mr. Porter, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favorably, A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis- sioners of Allegany county, to correct the changes ami as- sessment of property of Curtin M. Grahame and Sarah Wright, and have the same property valued and entered in the books of Valuation and Assessment of property in Allegany county, and to refund taxes paid twice on any property of either, or both of them, for any year since the last general assessment. Which was read a first time, and recommitted to the AIlegany delegation. The. Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills, severally endorsed, " Passed by yeas and nays : " A bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and to re-enact section 7 of Article XII , of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Harford County," sub-title " Almshouse." Which was read a first time, and referred to the Harford. "delegation. Also, A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 93 of Article LXXXI., of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to. enact the following section in lieu thereof.
