A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 59, Act of 1868,
chapter 471, and re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Coles, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to create a new election district in
Allegany county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Vickers, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 92, of Article X.
of the Code of Public General Local Laws, title "Dorchester
County," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Duvall, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company.
Which was read a first time, and,
On motion of Mr. Duvall,
Ordered to be printed.
Mr. Steele, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to change the dividing line between
the counties of Carrol I and Frederick, where the said line
runs through the lands of Wm R. Curry, residing in the
eighth election district of Frederick county, and locate a new
line therefor.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Franklin, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to change the dividing
line between the first and second election districts of Worces-
ter county.
