The bill was read a second time.
On motion of Mr. Miller, (the rules being suspended,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of
The Senate bill, entitled an Act supplemental to the Act
of 1870, chapter 58, entitled an Act to authorize the County
-Commissioners of Frederick county to build a new Alms-house for Frederick county; to borrow money on the credit
of the county for that purpose; to issue bonds for the pay-
ment of the same; and to levy taxes on the assessable prop-
erty of said county to redeem said bonds, and to pay the in-
terest thereon. /
Said bill being upon a third reading,
The bill was then read a third time, and 'passed by yeas
