The Senate bill, entitled an Act directing the County
Commissioners of Washington county to issue bonds to raise
money to build a Court House, in said county, and appoint-
ing Commissioners to contract to erect the game,
Said bill being upon a second reading,
The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ments submitted thereto as a minority report,
