The bill, entitled an Act to amend section 1, chapter 473,
of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article IV., of the Code of Public Local Laws en-
tided " City of Baltimore," sub-title " Police," and be sec-
tion 827 of said Article, by providing that jurisdiction in
cases when concealed weapons are found upon offenders, be
extended to all Justices of the Peace of the State of Maryland
in the City of Baltimore.
Endorsed, "reported unfavorably from a Select Committee,
and report adopted."
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize William H. B. Dor-
sey, of Carroll county, to close a road,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading. .

Mr. Kirk moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed, and the bill made the order of the day for Tues-
day next, and be printed.
Mr. McColgan moved to strike out Tuesday and insert
