BY THE SENATE,
Feb. 8, 1872.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;
We have received your message proposing the appoint-
Kent of a Joint Special Committee of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, to visit the Spring Grove Asylum for the
Insane, and also to take into consideration the accounts and
contracts of the President and Visitors of the Maryland Hos-
pital, and concur therein.
We have appointed on the part of the Senate Messrs.
Williams and Carrol 1.
