No. 6. An act to repeal certain sections of, and amend, the
charter of the Old Town Savings Institution of Balti-
more, as contained in an act entitled " an act to incorpo-
rate the Old Town Savings Institution of Baltimore,"
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-
eight, and to repeal an act passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, entitled " an act to amend
an act to incorporate the Old Town Savings Institution
of Baltimore," passed at January session, eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-eight; , and re-enact parts of the same with
amendments; and to change the name of said body cor-
porate to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore
