or any person or persons to whom any citizen or
citizens of said county may extend the privilege,
from shooting at or shooting from any sink-boats, any
water-fowl in or over the waters of Choptank River
or its tributaries, within the limits of said county,
at any time from day-break until dark, on any Tues-
day, Thursday or Saturday.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 443.
A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT to an Act, entitled
" an Act to incorporate the Chesapeake Bay and
Potomac River Tide-water Canal Company," passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
tax, chapter one hundred and seventy-three, and to
extend the time for completing the said canal.
SECTION 1. Be if enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the time for completing the canal,
authorized to be made by the Act of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-six, chapter one hundred and seventy-
three, as amended by the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, chapter forty-three, be and the
same is hereby extended to six years from the time
of the passage of this Act, which shall take effect
from the day of its approval by the Governor.
