CHAPTER 422.
AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and twelve,
one hundred and thirteen, one hundred and four-
teen, one hundred and fifteen, one hundred and
sixteen, one hundred and seventeen, one hundred
and eighteen, one hundred and nineteen, one hun-
dred and twenty, one hundred and twenty-one,
one hundred and twenty-two, one hundred and
twenty-three, one hundred and twenty-four, one
hundred and twenty-five, one hundred and twenty -
six, one hundred and twenty-seven, one hundred
and twenty-eight, one hundred and twenty-nine,
one hundred and thirty, one hundred and thirty-
one, one hundred and thirty-two, one hundred and
thirty-three, one hundred and thirty-four, one-
hundred and thirty-five, one hundred and thirty-
six, one hundred and thirty-seven, one hundred
and thirty-eight, one hundred and thirty-nine, one
hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one,
one hundred and forty-two, one hundred and forty-
three, of article twenty-one, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled " Washington county," and
sub-title " Hagerstown," and to repeal the Act of
Assembly, passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-seven, chapter two hundred
and fifty-eight, entitled "an Act to amend article
twenty-one, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled Washington county," by amending and
re-enacting certain sections, and adding thereto
further sections, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, so as to elect the councilmen of
Hagerstown by the voters in the respective wards
of said town, and authorize the Justices of the
Peace to enforce the ordinance relative to crimes
and punishments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one hundred and twelve,
