session; and the said County Commissioners shall
collect all taxes which have not been collected by the
said Town Commissioners, in the same manner as
the taxes are now collected in Baltimore county, and
they shall pay all outstanding indebtedness of the
said corporation, if in their judgment the claims pre-
sented shall be just.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 400.
AN ACT to amend the Act of eighteen hundred
and fifty-three, chapter eighty-eight, entitled " an
Act to incorporate the Pittsburg and Connellsville
Railroad Company in the State of Maryland," by
changing the name of the said company to the
name of the Pittsburg, Washington and Baltimore
Railroad Company.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the name of the Pittsburg and Con-nellsville Railroad Company, incorporated by the
Act of eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter
eighty-eight, be and is hereby changed to the name
of the Pittsburg, Washington and Baltimore Rail-
road Company.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the said Pittsburg, Wash-
ington and Baltimore Railroad Company shall have
all the rights, privileges and franchises granted to
the said Pittsburg and Connellsville Railroad Com-
pany by its originals Act of incorporation, or by any
supplement thereto, and shall be subject to all the
debts, contracts and obligations to which the said
Pittsburg and Connellsville Railroad Company is
subject.
